1) CHINESE
EVENING – SATURDAY 11th FEBRUARY 2006 – 7.30pm At The Clubhouse
Janet Bowden is currently taking orders for an evening of fine Chinese cuisine
at the club, along with a few quiet drinks to wash it down with on Saturday
11th February. The “takeaways” will be ordered to be brought over
to the Club at around 9.00pm, although the Club will be open earlier to allow
you to “book your table” prior to eating.
Janet has a copy of the menu and you can pre-order your food for the evening

2) TREASURE
HUNT – SUNDAY 19th FEBRUARY 2006 – 2.00pm START at The Club
Having seen how bad some of our members are at finding their way around the
North Devon area, Peter Gleave is going to assist them by setting a trail
with a number of “clues” to follow on their way. (First clue –
we’re not looking for Simon Pim!!) The course will start and end at
the cricket club, and Peter would be grateful if those taking part could bring
along a plate of food to eat upon everyone’s return. (Hopefully!!).
Entry Fee is £2.00 / adult, U18’s free. All you need is a pen
